About the Job

As you already have read the core business at Byld is to build ventures with corporations. In this sense this is a key role at our company as you will be part of the Growth & business development team in the process of finding the right corporations with whom well build the ventures of the future. As we share risks and profits in our ventures we are not looking just for customers we are looking for solid partnerships.

As a Jr. Growth & Business Developer you will:

• Be able to target corporations and make them hear us.
• Attend sales meetings and learn how to pitch Byld with the rest of the team.
• Able to attend events and talk to prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Support the team in developing and feeding our ecosystem in different industries and verticals.
• Contribute by creating and executing lead acquisition strategies that drive us to a consolidated industries funnel automation.
• Introduce ideas/data/feedback in the proposals that you will generate handtohandideas with the G&BD team.
• Come up with creative ideasclosely on how to create and close new partnerships.
• Work closely to our Marketing team helping to create and publish communication artifacts (such as articles posts and other media) on behalf of Byld regarding your expertise.

What we are looking for

Its great if you have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field but the most important characteristics are as follows:

• You have a usercentric lover approach/mindset and business and service design experience.
• You have demonstrated experience finding business opportunities.
• Understand the corporate innovation world (stakeholders motivations needs etc)
• You have around 1/2 years of consultancy or agency experience (strategy or sales B2B).
• You are creative extremely curious and eager to learn.
• You are a fan of metrics and analytically driven data.
• You are able to communicate in a clear solid and transparent way.
• You are fluent in Spanish & English.
• You are detailsobssesed you always nail everything you prepare.
