*Business fluent internal and external communication and organizational skills

*Experience in dealing with preparatory accounting (travel expenses checking invoices preliminary account assignment etc.)

*Planning and coordination of appointments and (virtual) meetings including agenda and if necessary taking minutes
*Preparation and followup of meetings and followup of resolutions
*Operational tasks such as correspondence project controlling travel management and travel expense accounting
*Creation and preparation of reports and presentations in German and English
*Regular research and preparation of analyses/reports/presentations
*Obtaining offers and preparing decision papers (e.g. rental agreements consultancy agreements service contracts etc. ...)
*Internal and external correspondence for the management (by telephone and in writing) and management of service providers
*Participation in strategic projects

1) Video interview with HR possibly also directly with the specialist department: Get to know the company personally and present the company to pick up applicants
2) Second interview (costs are covered): Inhouse with familiarisation day (also for remote positions) (36 hours depending on the position): You get to know the team and the office.
