Job Description
Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or related field.
Deep understanding of HR management processes and basic HR processes.
Ability to analyze data and use analysis tools to provide reports and recommendations.
Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and related technology such as performance and recruitment management systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with various internal and external parties.
