Job Summary:
Are you a skilled leader ready to drive production excellence Our client in Kiambu County is looking for a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at their pulping and tissue paper making company. Youll lead a team ensure safety and meet production targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise daily production activities
2. Lead and train production team
3. Ensure safety and compliance
4. Monitor quality and process efficiency
5. Coordinate with other departments
6. Identify and implement improvements
7. Maintain accurate records
8. Handle shift issues promptly
9. Collaborate on operational strategies
