About the Company:

Our client is a Crown corporation providing specialized and personalized financial services to farming operations. Our client offers financing insurance software learning programs and other business services to producers agribusiness owners and agrifood entrepreneurs across the country.



Responsibilities:

  • Investigates solution options for automation and simplification of business processes

  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests

  • Provide user story and solution support to team members

  • Support investigation analysis and response to incidents

  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders

  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release


Requirements:

Required Experience

  • 6 8 years progress experience as a BA

  • 23 years experience designing the Employee IT Technology experience

  • 34 years experience with SaaS solutions (Jira ServiceNow etc)

  • 34 years experience in working with wide range of Back Office teams

  • 35 years experience in working across a Agile practice team

  • 5 years experience in requirements management including requirements gathering analysis and the writing of user stories


Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of systems analysis and design concepts

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information in easy to understand language

  • Able to see and understand different viewpoints of stakeholders

  • Able to assume intellectual ownership and possess strong attention to details and commitment to delivering a quality product

  • Able to effectively lead demos and presentation

Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Skills: Top Skills Required: Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in change management consultancy. Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability to quickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture. Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required: Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets: Minimum 7 years experience in employee and/or organizational effectiveness or change management. Advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness or change management principles and practices. Change management certification or designation. Strong understanding of Financial institutions and/or previous experience providing change management support for financial institutions
