Job Description
Position: Support Engineer
Location: San Jose CA
Duration: FTE
Must Have Technical Skills
SFDC developer Production Support experience
Experience Required
Strong SFDC technical skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidates need to work in Production support and handle the tickets on daily basis. Need to do Job monitoring Root cause the issues and open the bugs Coordination with stake holders (Dev and business) . Need to join Handover calls with India team in morning and evening.
