Job Description:

AEM Technical Lead:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Client architecture team to arrive at the framework for AEM implementation in existing enterprise setup.
Provides oversight planning and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery AEM based projects.
Experience in Agile Delivery Team working on Design Development Administration and troubleshooting in AEM.
Work within technology teams to build and maintain large scale & highly responsive Web application leveraging Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise environment.
Lead and Involve in Planning and estimation of AEM projects across Frontend Middleware Backend Env setup & planning etc.
Ensure implementation of development best practices in page load me performance security and scalability of the application.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience working with Java Content Repository (API) integrating with AEM Forms.
Develop and oversee OSGI bundles AEM templates HTL/Sightly components and services AEM launches workflows AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM.
Expertise in Handson implementation of J2EE technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8) Java EE Servlets JSP JSTL and Tag libraries
Strong hand on experience of Components Templates metadata management Forward and Reverse Replication Workflows Content Publishing and unpublishing Tagging and Content migration/ planning.
Significant handson experience with AEM and very strong concepts of OSGi Apache Sling Apache Sightly Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher
Expertise in AEM capabilities including Multisite management and Blueprint and use of advanced targeting/personalization and multivariate testing is preferred.
Experience on one or more Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager Target Analytics AEM Forms Campaign Manager or Livefyre
Experience in core Java technologies used in Javabased CMS platforms like XML XSL XSLT XSD serverside programming models and related presentation middle tier & persistence frameworks.
Work with Client architecture team to arrive at the framework for AEM implementation
Define the application architecture based on the the CCM design principles
Build the templates
Define on the data transformation strategy
Configure delivery channels.
