Job Description
Title: Business Analyst (onsite)
Location: Tallahassee FL
Musthave skills: business and technical requirements analysis business process modeling/mapping methodology development and data modeling. Quality Control Testing and/or Validation of software applications exp in the role of a ScrumMaster or similar Agile Project Management role managing IT software development projects. gov exp IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) or equivalent Agile Project Management certification Agile development specifically Scrum Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban database query tools such as TOAD and/or SQL Developer UML (Unified Modelling Language).. .

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work 100% on the Clients site in Tallahassee FL (required);
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis business process modeling/mapping methodology development and data modeling (7 years);
Experience with Quality Control Testing and/or Validation of software applications. (3 years);
Experience in the role of a ScrumMaster or similar Agile Project Management role managing IT software development projects (2 years);
Experience working with multiple stakeholders;
Experience prepare reports correspondence guidelines and Power Point presentations
Preferred:
Experience with database query tools such as TOAD and/or SQL Developer;
Experience with UML (Unified Modelling Language);
Experience with environmental regulatory business processes and practices;
Experience working in Agile development specifically Scrum Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban;
Certification (CSM) or equivalent Agile Project Management certification;
Certification(s) from the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) based on the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge);
Certified Scrum Master
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead requirements definitions meetings with customers
Analyze and document requirements
Translate highlevel business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to such specifications
Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
Deliver elements of systems design including data migration rules business rules wireframes or other detailed deliverables
Support multiple moderately complex business processes
