Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proofread legal documents and correspondence for accuracy and completeness
- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents including pleadings briefs memos and correspondences
- Manage calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for attorneys
- File court motions and legal documents utilizing state specific court filing systems
- Analyze data on internal workflow reports to meet client and firm inventory expectations
- Organize legal documents within firms system of record according to the firms internal document management process
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Must have excellent communication oral written and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to understand and adhere to the firms policies procedures and core values
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
