Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and qualify potential clients in international markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific freight needs.
- Develop and present customized freight solutions including quotations routing options and cost breakdowns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure deals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and acquire new leads.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Logistics or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Understanding of international trade and logistics concepts is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events is preferred.
- Bilingual English and Hindi with fluency in other languages a strong advantage.
