Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager duties to include:
Coordinate requirements for promotional material as defined by the Marketing Manager
Assist with copywriting artwork and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing communication.
Assist in organizing events and associated campaigns.
Execute marketing and event campaigns.
Help drive campaigns through various communication tools.
Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
Assist content management and upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.
Plan and implement social media and social proof campaign for specific marketing goals.
Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.
Manage photography and videography.
Organisation Design and Development of the Companies exhibition stand at trade shows etc.

As a successful candidate you will have a previous experience within a marketing role, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, ideally intermediate to advanced level, experience in the use of Mailchimp and WordPress would be desirable, together with the ability to manage the process of your own workload and excellent analytical and customer service skills. A business-related qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
