Overview of Position:
The Regional Sales Director is a highly independent individual, focused on promoting JQS products and solutions in the industry and growing JQS market shares in EU market. The holder of the position will interact with current and future customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction and generate a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and the market requirements. He or she will also directly report to the JQS VP (Located in Suzhou, China)

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities:
- Oversee business development, strategy, and execution.
- Communicate strategy and results to the JQS company.
- Build and manage high level relationships and partnerships within the market.Prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new customers in Europe Auto-Parts, Automobile, EV and Energy Storage production business.
- Translate client requests and market trends into high level of service, solutions, product modifications, and new product developments and deliver growth in revenue.
- Coordinate all technical activities related to customer and project success.
- Gathering information about Automation market intelligence, ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated & implemented.
