Role Description

Candidates must have 2 years of same field experiences in Hotel Industry ONLY to apply

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manama for a Hotel Sales Manager and Hotel Sales Executive. The Hotel Sales Manager and Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, including identifying and pursuing potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven sales experience and sales management skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Previous experience in the hotel industry is a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
