Reflecting the rich culinary traditions of France our restaurant emphasizes highquality locally sourced ingredients while also delivering innovative dishes that cater to varied tastes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking including chopping vegetables butchering meat and preparing sauces.
• Ensure the kitchen area and equipment are kept clean and orderly complying with food safety standards.
• Support the kitchen staff in plating dishes for service in a timely and visually appealing manner.
• Maintain stocks and inventory and ensure that food supplies are used efficiently.
• Adhere to all kitchen hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with HACCP standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferably in a restaurant.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in German or English.
