Your Tasks

Strategic Tech Topics:

• Developing planning and building the Tech area in line with the corporate and IT strategy
• Plan and be responsible for budget planning for the entire Tech area

Further development of the Tech environment and Business Intelligence (BI):

• You are the decision maker and responsible for the Business Intelligence (BI) topic as well as the Data Warehouse infrastructure
• Responsible for the further development and networking of the currently used IT tools (e.g. Make / Integromat CRM)
• Analysis and development of platforms learning management systems (LMS) and teacher deployment plans as well as topics related to artificial intelligence (AI)
• Development and implementation of technological roadmaps and tech architectures
• Ownership of our website

Staff responsibility:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of an internationally based team
• Resource planning for the individual project topics

Your Skills

Professional experience

• Many years of professional and management experience as Head of Tech
• Successful completion of a university degree in information technology or similar
• Several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and mastery in the use of Tableau
• Methods knowhow in development and production processes

• a person with an affinity for automation digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI)
• serviceoriented have a handson mentality and a clear communication style at all hierarchical levels
• confident in both English and German (C1) in speaking and writing

Nice to have

• Experience in the sector environment of education / (IT) training providers is an advantage.
• Experience in product management is desirable.
