Job Description
- Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Manage a team that is strong in reviewing and validating payroll inputs, including employee data, time and attendance records, and tax-related information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll execution.
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Stay updated on global payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation across different countries.
