Job Description
Banking Process Non voice :
Location Malad Mumbai (Can only hire from Mira road till Churchgate)
Position: Grade I ( Sr. Customer service executive)
Qualification& Experience :
- HSC / Graduate + 2 years BPO experience.
- Anyone who has at least 2 years of Banking experience can join.
- Anyone from Fraud analysis can apply.
CTC: 30K for 2 years of BPO experience, 34K for 2-year experience in Fraud analysis
AMCAT & WriteX Selects = Score of 65+
Additional information
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal/Written)
- Non-Voice Process
- Rotational Shift 5 working days
Please Note:- For the Banking process we have sourced candidates between Churchgate to Mira Road.
Skills : 0-4 year exp,non voice process,non voice,banking process,bpo call center,night shift,international bpo,minimum 12 months experience of international process in a bpo, is mandatory
