Job Description
We are looking for Design EngineerCATIA V5 with Manufacturing Methods and Processes Experience with 25 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Note : Freshers Please Excuse Please do not apply if you don t meet minimum experience criteria
Key Skills: CATIA V5 Manufacturing Process GD&T

Roles and Responsibilities:
Validation of change in design with analytical approach
Creative approach for generating new ideas
An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles
Analysis of Production / In service nonconformities (Concession / Repair)
Validation of new repair
Requirements
Good knowledge on Engineering fundamentals Proficient in GD&T and Engineering drawing reading
Proficiency with CATIA V5 is a must.
Knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials
Geometric tolerance and dimensioning (GD&T) Stackup analysis
Technical review of the work done by self or others
Understanding of Landing gears Parts &Function is an added advantage
Capacity to work well under pressure and take on new challenges
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Practical and logical approach to problemsolving
Judgment and Decision Making
Good knowledge of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
Experience with Design tools CATIA V5 Creation of 3D Model Assembly & detailing
Good Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PDM).
