Requirements

  1. 1. Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the travel industry.
  2. 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  3. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  4. 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms.
  5. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. 6. Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
  7. 7. Knowledge of geography airlines hotels and travel destinations preferred.
  8. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not required.
