Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Associate
Location: Singapore
Salary : SGD$
Duration : 12 Months
Job Purpose:
Provide relationship support for Commercial Bank focusing on client onboarding account maintenance and client servicing to ensure a bestinclass client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own endtoend client onboarding process and credit facility setup.
- Maintain updated client information for smooth account operation.
- Ensure timely resolution of client requests and issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
Knowledge/Experience:
Cash and Trade Operation experience
Skills:
MS Word/Excel
Powerpoint
Qualifications:
Junior College
Degree

- Analytical and meticulous
