Job Purpose:

Provide relationship support for Commercial Bank focusing on client onboarding account maintenance and client servicing to ensure a bestinclass client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own endtoend client onboarding process and credit facility setup.
• Maintain updated client information for smooth account operation.
• Ensure timely resolution of client requests and issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

Cash and Trade Operation experience
