Job Purpose : CRM Executive manages a portfolio of customers within a defined sales geography. The role is accountable for Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
Responsibilities:
CRM avtivity by phone and email.
& bull Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions suggesting information
about other products and services..
& bull Develop world class partnerships and relationships with large customers.
& bull Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
& bull Maintains customer records by updating account information.
& bull Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint determining the
cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
