Product Analyst

• As a Product Analyst your role is all about using data to make our products better. Youll work with different teams to understand how our products are doing and figure out how we can make them even more awesome for our users. The role involves making datadriven decisions influencing product capabilities and contributing to productled growth. If you love digging into data finding trends and helping teams make smart decisions this is the role for you!

• Partner closely with product teams to instrument and analyze product adoption and impact. Influence the product roadmap by providing answers to key business questions and enabling objective decisionmaking.
• Provide data and insights to support earnings calls influence marketing activities and inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer engagement reduce churn and increase upsell and crosssell opportunities.
• Build analytics solutions to democratize deep product metrics across the organization. Utilize strong database skills to work with large complex data sets. Communicate findings to stakeholders and initiate initiatives for improving business performance.
• Derive value from existing analytics frameworks and jump in to build new ones when the business requires them.
• Monitor product adoption KPIs and tie them to adjacent business data models to bring out opportunities for expansion and retention.

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Economics or Computer Science. 3 years of proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong handson experience SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation from relational/nonrelational databases.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS experience is desirable
• Good knowledge of databases such as Redshift RDS Mongo and platforms like AWS Tableau Metabase Google Analytics Mix Panel etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
• Work experience with real data for customer insights business and market analysis.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
