Responsibilities:
- Possess leadership business and presentation skills to launch and position a new business vertical.
- Collaborate with web developers to create an online platform (A Website) where sellable inventory of all Senior Living communities in India can be listed enabling viewers to identify and purchase suitable products.
- Frame legal compliances related to the product line.
- Conduct market research on the product line to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
- Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the platform.
- Develop additional revenue strategies for the business.
- Utilize business management skills to develop online and email marketing campaigns.
- Create and deliver product presentations pitching them to real estate owners to list their properties on the website focusing on business conversion.
- Prepare and analyze reports evaluating conversion numbers and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain communication with the Senior Living Sales team to ensure timely updates on products and rates contributing to effective revenue management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management preferably within the real estate or senior living industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis.
- Understanding of legal compliances related to ecommerce operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Experience in revenue management and analyzing business performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web development processes and technologies is a plus.
