Job Description
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Leading and managing cross-functional project teams, including execution team, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with the approved budget.
- Creating and managing project schedules, tracking progress, and making adjustments to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Ensuring that all construction work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations. Implementing quality control measures and coordinating inspections.
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders, clients, team members, and subcontractors to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. Managing unforeseen challenges and changes effectively.
- Overseeing contracts and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and managing changes.
- Ensuring a safe work environment for all project personnel, adhering to safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
