Job Description
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and track shipment status.
- Manage inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address any logistics-related issues or concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Care.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and service specifications and benefits.
- Patient and friendly personality.
