The Director of Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining multidepartment and multisite operating budgets and business initiatives. They also develop labor strategies in alignment with functional and business priorities participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and policies and formulate shortand longterm initiatives consistent with business strategies. Additionally they select develop and motivate the companys management talent support the development of new products and process capability and ensure compliance with quality systems and environmental management. They initiate action to prevent nonconformities and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in injection molding operation management.
- Demonstrated technical background in plastic injection production processes tooling equipment material manufacturing and quality.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Computer skills (Excel).
- Experience in the automotive industry or electronic.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001.
- Advanced English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
