Collections Analyst

We are currently looking for a Collections Analyst for one of our clients in the mining and metal industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $40 to $60 based on experience.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your leadership technical skills and communication abilities to drive debt collection performance to new heights of excellence.
Effectively manage one or more complex accounts at the collection level ensuring accurate information dissemination to relevant contacts.
Collaborate with the commercial group to analyze customer collection activities and actively contribute to shortterm improvements in collection results.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in finance administration or related field.
5 years of experience in debt collection accounting or credit.
Knowledge of SAP software.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Proficient in analytical thinking and problemsolving.
Aptitude for customer service.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Ability to handle sensitive issues within various business groups and with clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Proven ability to maintain productive relationships with colleagues.
Adaptability and capability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks working autonomously and taking proactive measures.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to diverse situations effectively.
