About our Client: They are a leading company in the Power sector with over 27 years of verifiable experience in generation transmission and distribution networks to the West African Power Sector.

Position Objective
The Organizational Performance Manager will work with teams across the organization to identify prioritize coordinate and implement organizational change initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency effectiveness and impact. S/he will also manage corporate performance tracking including refining performance metrics and systems and managing periodic reporting to the Board. S/he will be a collaborator and systems thinker who will work closely with senior management and staff across the organization to drive continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Duties and responsibilities
Purpose
  • Create frameworks and tools to enable successful planning and execution of change initiatives to continuously improve the organization s performance and delivery of strategic priorities working closely with change leaders/champions;
  • Integrate lessons and recommendations from periodic performance reviews capability reviews Independent Evaluation Unit (IEU) evaluations internal audits policy and programming experience and corporate performance tracking into a coherent change agenda;
  • Develop corporate performance measurement and reporting systems to track progress and create incentives for targeted organizational changes.

Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior managers and units to build alignment behind change initiatives and codesign practical plans for implementation;
  • Engage and communicate broadly across the organization to understand the organizational pulse gather feedback on progress and enable course correction;
  • Influence to effect change serve as a role model for desired behaviour changes and work together with CPO to develop skills and mindsets internally;
  • Develop organizational performance indicators scorecards and dashboards related to service quality and performance; and work with relevant crossdepartmental colleagues to identify methods to collect and analyse such indicators.
Delivery
  • Manage regular systematic tracking of corporate performance and progress on change initiatives including development and measurement of appropriate key performance indicators;
  • Develop corporate performance management systems and processes to enable real time access to performance data and generate feedback loops;
  • Develop and maintain a process for gathering validating and analysing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies key policies and standards service effectiveness and service risk.
  • Lead on developing further a performance and quality driven culture across the organisation through effective leadership clear illustration of evidence producing high quality reports chairing meetings and working closely with services.
  • Improve understanding of performance management and data analysis across services and other departments; providing training advice and support to departments and teams.
  • Report to senior management and the Board on corporate performance.
  • Identify performance monitoring gaps clarify the implications of the gaps and make recommendations as to how the gaps should be addressed.


Requirements


  • Graduate and/or equivalent professional qualification and Masters or higherlevel degree in administration Economics Business Statistical Analysis or other relevant fields;
  • 11 years or more relevant experience including in change management corporate performance management or strategic planning roles with preference of experience in international organizations;
  • Industry experience (DISCO) is very vital.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and datadriven approach to planning and decisionmaking; PMP certificate is a plus;
  • Extensive knowledge of change management frameworks is required;
  • Excellent leadership communication and influencing abilities including the ability to drive innovation and change in a constantly evolving environment;
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams agendas and perspectives integrate inputs into a coherent plan of action follow through on implementation of initiatives and problemsolve issues;
