Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate corporate contracts including but not limited to partnership agreements licensing agreements shareholder agreements and employment contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions including mergers acquisitions and liquidations ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assess risks and provide recommendations to mitigate legal exposure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development finance and human resources departments to address legal issues and support business objectives.
• Review and analyze commercial contracts to identify potential legal risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree (MLaw) bar admission is a plus
• Min. 2 years PQE in a law firm or inhouse department
