Overview:
The Sales Manager at our WFH (Work From Home) Edtech company plays a vital role in driving the companys sales efforts and revenue growth. This position is critical to the organization as the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals developing and executing sales strategies and driving customer acquisition and retention in the everevolving Edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Identify key growth opportunities and market trends in the Edtech sector
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching for the sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors activities
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Edtech industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
- Indepth knowledge of the Edtech industry and its competitive landscape
- Proficiency in using sales productivity tools and software
