Toronto. Currently we are actively seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing
Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives from our Gurugram office.
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for planning and executing digital
marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Your primary focus
will be on PPC SEM Linkedin Ads Display Marketing and Promotional Marketing channels
to drive lead generation. You will work closely with the management and operations team
to plan optimize campaigns analyze data and implement strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation via
PPC SEM Linkedin Ads inMails Display Marketing and Promotional Marketing.
Conduct keyword analysis and utilize SEO best practices to improve website visibility
and organic traffic.
Manage Google Adwords campaigns analyze performance using Google Analytics
and create custom marketing dashboards for tracking key metrics.
Utilize Hubspot Zoho CRM or similar tools for lead qualification and CRM
management.
Conduct A/B testing implement drip marketing campaigns and segment target
audiences for personalized marketing efforts.
Implement remarketing strategies to reengage website visitors and target specific
audience segments effectively.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools including Semrush
Ahrefs Moz and others and leverage them to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including content design and product to
ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and
PPC/SEM campaigns.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across
various channels.
Indepth knowledge of SEO keyword analysis and Google Adwords.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools for performance tracking
and reporting.
Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven
decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative
team environment.
Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or related field.
