Overview
As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our organization. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assisting the team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Organize and schedule appointments meetings and events
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist with HRrelated tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events
- Perform other administrative support tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
