GroundsmanDriver daily Banbury 35k gross pa

Experienced Groundsman/Driver sought for private estate near Banbury. There is no accommodation provided so essential to live within a commutable distance of Banbury Oxfordshire.

Salary offered: 35k annual performance related bonus

Hours: Generally 96 (with flexibility and occasional weekend work required).

Duties are varied and will include:

Care of dogs (including security dogs) walking/grooming/feeding/vets.

Poultry care chickens.

Car maintenance valeting of high value company cars and arranging servicing.

Swimming pool maintenance

Maintenance of estate including houses and outbuildings . Liaising with property management company

Jet washing patios walkways and parking areas when needed.

Basic electrical and plumbing work. Changing light bulbs fixing shelves

Maintaining all exterior furniture including pressure washing sandingand oiling.

Gardening lawns/hedges/small tree felling/planting.

Garden tool maintenancecleaning of hand and petrol tools mowers to high standard along with booking in annual servicing.

Responsible for all waste collection on a weekly basis
