We are a facilities management company based in Chester. We supply cleaning caretaking and site management as well as maintenance services to both the private and public sector clients across the NorthWest.
We are now looking for 2 x caretakers for the opening and closing of our toilets in Northwich town centre. The shift will be 4 on and 4 off and the times of the cleans are as follows:
WANTED FOR 2 DAYS A WEEK PERMANENT ROLE
WOULD SUIT A RETIRED PERSON CAN BE DONE BY BIKE OR CAR
Location one
Monday to Sunday:
6am.7am open up toilets
1213.00 Northwich toilets clean
18.1520.15 close and clean within park and lock gates
Hourly pay rate are 11.44 per hour and the contract is for 52 weeks per year.
The suitable applicant will have previous cleaning experience.
Previous experience is desired for this role and a good attention to detail.
A driver is preferred for this position.
