Currently Gotbit is looking for a Commercial Director who will lead our Account Management Sales and Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Account Management Sales and BD teams
- Develop and implement sales business and marketing strategies
- Establish and maintain partnerships engage in customer development activities and gather feedback
- Build and lead a highperforming commercial team
- Achieve revenue and profit targets conduct market and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present commercial proposals control team budgets
- Participate in conferences and contribute to the development of marketing strategy
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the related field
- Strong Crypto Knowledge and experience in the crypto industry
- Excellent team management skills
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage existing clients upsell additional services and ensure client retention
- Business Development: Proficiency in identifying potential partnerships and devising strategies for geographical expansion
- Sales Process Optimization: Experience in digitizing sales funnels tracking commercial proposals conducting market research and directing service development based on business needs (client requests)
