Reporting to the Regional North APAC
- Manages the subsidiarys business by preparing budget plans and actions to achieve them.
- Responsible for the commercial financial and operations budgets of the subsidiaries.
- Directly responsible for the results and development of all the sales channels present in his country (Bakery Industry Gelato Food Service and Retail).
- Supports the sales force in achieving the objectives and provides direct support by participating in the most important sales negotiations.
- Organizes and manage the company warehouse taking care both about the logistic management and the client in receiving our the products
- Directs Commercial and Technical in the presentation of the Product Range through the use of Marketing and Trade Marketing supports (internal and of the parent company)
- Interfacing with the relevant functions of the parent company (R&D and Marketing mainly) deals with the development of products dedicated to his/her country.
- Expert of the import procedure in the country and of the Product certification needed
- Supports the company in representation activities at International Fairs and Meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of at least 3 reference channels: Industrial Bakery Food Service Retail and Gelato.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in the Commercial / Marketing / R & D sector in the Bakery GDO or Food Service channels.
- Knowledge of at least 2 languages (Japanese decent English).
Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience; 5+ years relevant experience in Human Resources Track record in managing talent and organization development programs Possess excellent facilitation skills Familiarity with performance management in the scope of human resource Ability to problem solve through analytical skills, critical thinking, and reasoning Ability to coach and mentor others Ability to communicate and engage all stakeholders effectively
