What does an inside sales representative do
An inside sales representative will play a key role in realising our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
You should be comfortable making dozens of calls a day working with channel partners generating interest qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Your Responsabilities :
- Obtaining new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and outbound prospecting calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Forwarding qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Main Functions :
- Create sales opportunities by following up on potential customers and unsolicited calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Presenting promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to current and potential customers
- Researching accounts identifying key players and generating interest
- Carry out costbenefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Maintaining and expanding your database of potential clients in your assigned territory
- Providing management with reports on needs problems and interests
Your Skills and Experiences :
- Proven experience of between 3 and 5 years in internal and/or external sales
- Experience of working preferably with PHC (valued)
- Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent listening and presentation skills;
- Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively
