We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance the plant's operational efficiency by providing expert reliability engineering support. The ideal candidate will spearhead projects aimed at improving reliability and asset utilization through standardization while also managing the plant's mechanical integrity program to meet both company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
48 years of experience in maintenance/reliability roles within a manufacturing environment preferably in the chemical industry.
Proficiency in reliability tools (RCFA FMEA Weibull analysis statistical analysis).
Familiarity with engineering best practices and standards (ASME API ASTM).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and maintenance of our Mechanical Integrity standard focusing on equipment such as pressure vessels storage tanks piping and emergency systems.
Oversee capital projects from conception to completion including budget management and preliminary evaluations.
Conduct reliability studies on existing equipment proposing improvements to enhance asset productivity and establish Predictive Maintenance plans.
Implement and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to identify abnormal operating conditions.
Offer technical guidance for job plan development equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Update and maintain equipment records in SAP including spare parts management and Bill of Materials accuracy.
Craft and execute reliability procedures periodically reporting on equipment reliability.
Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) manage changes (MOC) and continuously improve plant mechanical integrity and energy efficiency.
