Your Mission

• Maintain the Salesforce environment effectively by configuring and customizing objects and relationships to meet the business requirements
• Responsible for managed packages in Salesforce such as Sitetracker for Operations and JustOn for Finance according to the needs of the stakeholders
• Design construct and maintain workflows and automation processes utilizing Salesforce Flows and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards offering valuable insights
• Implement user profiles roles sharing rules and permission sets fortifying the security of the Salesforce environment and manage the sandboxes for integration and testing
• Collaborate closely with the development team to seamlessly integrate Salesforce with business applications and support with testing of new processes and automations
• Provide comprehensive training and support to endusers ensuring proficient utilization of Salesforce to maximize its potential benefits

Your profile

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator for 3 years
• Expert at creating custom objects and relationships in Salesforce implementing Flows and enforcing security settings
• Experience in installing and configuring managed packages in Salesforce
• Adept at deploying metadata across Salesforce instances and sandboxes
• Ability to handle high volume of data imports into Salesforce with Data Loader maintaining accurate formatting of values
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certifications are a plus
• Experience in practicing Scrum framework and efficient project management with Jira
• Confident in communication and collaboration with different teams and stakeholders
