- Establish nurture and grow relationships with orthopedic surgeons ensuring we understand and meet their specific requirements.
- Coordinate and attend events seminars and workshops that target orthopedic surgeons.
- Provide indepth product information demonstrations and support to this specialized audience.
- Collaborate with our sales and product teams to hone marketing strategies that resonate with the orthopedic surgeon community.
- Keep a keen eye on market trends gathering feedback and understanding preferences from orthopedic surgeons to guide potential product enhancements.
- Diligently prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly reports to the higherups.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in the orthopedic or medical device marketing sector especially with direct engagements with orthopedic surgeons.
