Job Description

Located in Germany Its pioneering technologies and products enable advanced vision applications e.g. in the semiconductor industry medical imaging industrial manufacturing as well as in the logistics pharmaceutical and transport sector.

In line with the growth strategy of our client we are happy to provide you with the following opening:

Head of Sales Vision Technologies

Become the leader of a dynamic team where you can use your individual strengths and play the key role in driving growth business with strategic key accounts. Supported by our clients strong brand and comprehensive technology background you lead and develop the sales strategies in this mediumsized Vision Technologies division.

Tasks

  • Lead and continuously develop your sales team and drive global sales activities;
  • Define and implement a marketfocussed sales strategy comprising the product and technology roadmaps gotomarket approaches and competitive positioning based on market analyses and customer feedback;
  • Interact closely with the management team to define company goals and create sales forecasts;
  • Build up and maintain longterm relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts;
  • Attend relevant international trade shows conferences and exhibitions to expand your business network and win clients;
  • Train your sales team and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Leader preferably in the vision automation or a related industry with a proven track record of success;
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related focus;
  • Strong handson mentality leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team;
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German;
  • Willingness to travel globally.
