The Northern California Behavioral Health System (NCBHS) is a dynamic and comprehensive mental health services delivery system that offers inpatient and outpatient services at various levels of care.

The System consists of two primary hospital campuses one each in the Santa Rosa and Sacramento areas. Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (formerly Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital) was opened by Signature Healthcare Services in 2013 and is regarded as an integral part of the greater Santa Rosa and Northern California mental health system of care. Conveniently located in the North Bay this hospital consists of 144 acute psychiatric inpatient beds and an outpatient treatment center.

We offer a full range of individualized mental health treatment services for adolescents adults and senior adults including treatment for cooccurring substance abuse and chemical dependency issues with drugs and alcohol. We are looking for a Medical Director for the Hospital. This provider will work closely with our CEO CFO and Regional VP of Operations.

Some of the highlights include:

Leadership Position that will include clinical work

Medical Director is responsible for the effective implementation of the organizations clinical goals procedures protocols and workflows in accordance with the Mission Vision

Provides general management and oversight of psychiatric clinicians inclusive of personnel actions

Develops implements and maintains clinical protocols policies and programming

Ensures compliance with Federal and State regulations payor requirements community practice standards and professional ethics

Compensation/Benefits:

W2 Employed Position PTO FullBenefits through private insurance.
