Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve onsite coating process issues.
• Collect and analyze data on various indicators of the coating process.
• Responsible for the approval/implementation of coating process improvement projects.
• Develop coating schemes and packaging protection plans.
• Introduce and promote new technologies materials and processes in coating.

Requirements

• Prior experience in metal corrosion prevention preferred;
• Over 15 years of work experience with international crane coating experience in the leading international companies;
• Experience in coating line planning quality improvement in coating processes and involvement in largescale coating reforms within companies;
• Willing to work abroad for more than 6 months every year.
