Overview:

The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing the relationships between the company and its customers. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction driving retention and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling. This position is vital in maintaining longterm customer loyalty and optimizing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Managing customer accounts and addressing inquiries or concerns
  • Developing and implementing customer retention strategies
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
  • Utilizing CRM software to organize track and manage customer interactions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Preparing regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Forecasting and identifying potential risks or challenges in customer relationships
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
  • Training and mentoring junior customer service representatives
  • Participating in internal and external customer meetings and events
  • Implementing customer loyalty programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated track record of successful customer retention and satisfaction
  • Experience in developing customer loyalty programs
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings or events
  • Certification in Customer Relationship Management is a plus
  • Proven track record of maintaining and expanding customer relationships
