In this role, you'll participate in weekly training sessions, generate leads through online platforms, screen candidates via our qualification process while working independently from your laptop and phone. You'll also receive full and ongoing support and training from industry leaders to streamline your success.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Attending all global training calls for ongoing personal and professional development
• Conducting market research
• Creating eye-catching advertisements and placing them online
• Conducting brief phone / online interviews using scripted material
• Continued personal & professional growth

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will be an innovative thinker with a positive mindset and can do attitude.

• At least 5 years working in a professional capacity either for yourself or for a professional company
• A well-organised self-starter who can work autonomously
• Self-accountable with lots of pep to get up and go!
• A friendly, effective and professional communicator
• A big thinker with a growth mindset
• Fluent in English - written and verbal (native or bilingual)
• Able to commit at least 15 hrs per week to developing a new venture
