Job Description
Accountabilities:
As a member of the EUCAN IT Leadership Team, you will represent the full breadth of the team and bring in domain specialist as needed. You will build and lead engagements with Region Commercial & Medical teams, oversee projects through to delivery, launch, and successful outcomes. You will be accountable for the delivery of IT & Digital platforms and act as an escalation point for IT, Digital, and Data. You will also provide insight into the art of the possible and next-generation possibilities to create innovation opportunities across the Commercial pipeline.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive levels of pharmaceutical or biotech experience
- Demonstrable ability to influence Commercial & Medical Leaders and the direction of the business and be a trusted advisor.
- Evidence of leading, developing and delivering innovative solutions
- Experience of defining the business strategies and influencing the vision of senior leaders
- Experience of leading high value business cases & mobilising high value investments
- Experience in managing, developing and leading virtual teams
- A consistent track record of delivering results
- Experience in one or more of the following Digital Marketing, Digital Health, Data/AI and Commercial excellence.
- Strong influencing, networking and team working skills
- Able to lead negotiations, expectations and solutions across complex global teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities to achieve results through others.
- Ability to influence peers.
