Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as PM in IT sector.
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Solid technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification
