Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Malaga region. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the companys client base and achieve revenue targets.

Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry professionals.

Presenting and promoting the companys products and services to prospective clients.

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to customize solutions to meet clients specific needs.

Negotiating and closing business deals to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

Monitoring market changes and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of financial products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Spanish both written and verbal.

Familiarity with the Malaga market and understanding of local business practices will be advantageous.
