Job Description

Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in the Edtech sector responsible for developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organizations online education products and services. This position is key in driving brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns including Google AdWords Facebook and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog social media and video content production and distribution.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using various tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging online content.
  • Manage and maintain the organizations social media presence and engage with the online community.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in Edtech.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and datadriven thinking.
  • Indepth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
